We collect information you provide when you request a quote, open an account, book a shipment or contact us: name, company, email, phone, billing details, and shipment-specific information (commodity, weight, origin, destination).
We also collect limited technical information when you use our website: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed. We use this for security, analytics and site improvement.
How We Use It
- To provide freight forwarding, warehousing and customs brokerage services
- To comply with regulatory requirements (customs, security filings, sanctions screening)
- To bill and collect payment
- To communicate about shipments, service updates and relevant industry news (opt-in)
- To improve our services and detect fraud or abuse
Who We Share With
Carriers, customs authorities, port terminals and sub-contracted service providers receive the information they need to complete your shipment. Payment processors receive billing information. We never sell personal data to third parties.
How We Protect It
All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Access is role-based and audited. We are ISO 27001 certified. We retain shipment records for seven years (regulatory requirement).
Your Rights
